• Zoning, Category and Brand mix
• Identifying categories and Retail Brands to suit and meet the aspirations of the property
• Presenting and educating brands about the potential of the project and its business model
• Deriving a commercial calculation for the retail area based on the retail potential of the catchment
• Lead, negotiate and conclude terms and conditions of lease including commercial and technical terms.
• Develop a draft LOI and lease agreements.
• Discuss and coordinate with retailer to sign the LOI and lease agreement. 
• Handing over the store for fit out.
